I love so much that they have a recycle bin here to use! I just wish the hours were a little longer. But so happy to have a local place to drop my paper and cardboard. Nice people working here too.

Totally unprofessional and uncaring...won't investigate a very high bill that was charged while I wasn't even in the State...just demanded I pay it and started adding 50$ to my bill as a "payment plan" without asking or telling me....worst water department I've ever dealt with....

Mike Lynch in particular was super helpful in rebuilding the underside of my sink and replacing the baskets. Really great customer service, did a custom design, all for a great price. 110% would recommend!

I cannot begin to tell you how pleased I was with Wood air conditioning. They were quick to schedule me and the gentleman that came out to do my repairs was fantastic. He was very friendly very informative and fix my problem that very day. I would definitely recommend Wood air conditioning To anyone who needs service to their AC.

We were very pleased with the job that Luis and his helper did on painting our trim work outside on our house, they also painted our garage and front doors. He hung our new shutters and added some shelves to a old built-in gun cabinet and painted the inside, it now looks like it was meant to be a cabinet to begin with. I didn't post but 2 pictures of the house because they really don't show up that much but it looks great, a big change. They were prompt and easy to work with. All this went quickly 4-5 days.

Luis just painted our entire house on the inside and removed the popcorn ceiling. He and his crew did a wonderful job They were on time, professional, reasonably priced, and hard working. I highly recommend him for all your painting needs.

Luis, painted our deck, pier fire place and front door inside and out. Did an excellent job. We are having him back after the 4th to paint our house and kitchen cabinets. We recommend his company to anyone that needs a good painter.

Drew, Don and Dustin are an amazingly talented team. Each of them have their own skill and it is used to perfection. We honestly were just fascinated to watch what they did with the equipment on our land, roads and dam. The end result was perfect. In addition to being talented on making the machines work they are such nice guys. We loved talking with them- so much knowledge. This is a very professional group- it’s a pleasure to have them on our projects.

I was fascinated with their water purification process and have had window cleaners here for our 45+ windows and always been disappointed. I was not this time. they were on time with great communications and my windows look spectacular, all the window sills and around them were spotless. I would highly recommend G&D and they will be coming out twice a year to keep my windows looking great! Thank you for the great job!

This place was great! We got in later than we hoped and were concerned we would be turned away, we drove in around 10pm and saw the sign on the gate that said the gate closes at 11pm until 4am. What a relief! In the dark it was difficult to see where to go. We drove to the end of the peninsula and saw two other vans/rvs parked, so we pulled up nearby. On the opposite side of the peninsula we saw a sign for no camping. So it seems like camping/rv-ing is only on one side of the peninsula. I included a photo where I circled in red the area where it looks like camping is permitted. In the morning we could see better that there is plenty of space for more campers. There were probably only 6 campers there total. It was really peaceful and beautiful! Right after we parked to camp a police officer drove up and gave us a free permit. He was very friendly and kind. It sounds like he monitors the area at least until the gate closes at 11 and that gave me peace of mind. In the early morning hours I saw some boats quietly pull out to fish. There were bathrooms to use but they were stinky. No showers, just sinks and toilets. It was a hidden gem! I see on the map that there are some rv parks also right nearby. But this was a hidden gem! The area of the map I circled in orange was the park area as far as I understand. The blue area was an open field that had its own gate that closed at sundown, maybe for events or something.

Boondocking at it's finest! A very nice park just south of Mt Pleasant, TX The area is patrolled daily, and the officer will stop by to check you in. There is a 7 day limit. No electric, but does have a water available.

This is a great park. It was very clean. You can camp here for free. There were only a few other people camping here on a Saturday night in June. It was very quiet and level. There aren't actually camping spots marked. You just can't park in areas that say no camping. This was the perfect stop on our long trip.

I've been a customer with the TRI Special Utility District for just a few months now. During this time I have spoken to a few different individuals at the Mt Pleasant office and they always seem to act like you are an inconvenience to them. Spoke with Phyllis today and she seemed to have better things to do than speak to a customer. She did reluctantly answer my questions about setting up direct debit from my bank account, but I could tell by her tone on the phone it must be close to quitting time. The few individuals I have spoken to may not be a representation of everyone at that office, but the actions of a few can negatively reflect on everyone who works there. Maybe, I caught them on a bad day, but they could certainly benefit from some customer service training. I would hope they don't provide the same type of service dealing with customers face to face cause its easy to get short with someone on the phone.

All the 5 star reviews have no comment attached or worse "It's all we have." That does NOT make it good. Blaming 3rd parties for inadequate information concerning billing is not acceptable. IF I can pay the bill there, I should have the related information available there. When I find an additional unexpected charge was paid - I am frustrated, and will inquire for correction. Pretending it is OKAY to charge a late fee on a regularly scheduled payment that was set up on the system you provide that did not provide a warning that choosing this date for payment is AFTER the due date - come on. This is 2024, DO BETTER. This is not acceptable to rob from your customers who try to pay their bills.

Terrible customer service. Our water was getting lower and lower during the coldest spell in years with 10" of snow on the ground. I called to tell them and was told the Montevallo pump was down. I asked why their website showed all operations green and running, they said it needed to be update....duhhh!! The website system was never updated and stayed green through the outage. TriSUB needs some way to warn customers to prepare for no water!! Absolutely irresponsibly bad ownership! Update 2/23/21 They did start communicating better as to what was happening during this outage period. Upgrading from 1 to 3 stars. Update 2/7/24 Water has been out for hours. No warning at all in order to save some water before outage. System status webpage is not working. Wouldn't that be nice! Downgrade stars from 3 to 1

Home Depot is a bit inconvenient for me to visit because I live very close to Lowe’s. But I make the extra drive time to visit Home Depot. This crew is always friendly, always helpful, and always greeting me as I walk through the store. Yes, I have noticed that the parking spaces are rather small for the contractor or truck and trailer shopper, but it is not as small as previously described by another reviewer. Sometimes it is a matter of whether the shopper can actually drive! But I come here because if I have a question, they can answer it or find someone who can. They do not just say I don’t know and leave you hanging. And they’re knowledgeable of the whole store. I’ve asked someone in one department about a product and they walk with me to another department where they’re able to point out what I am seeking. And I over hear them telling the person in the department what I was looking for and again ensuring all is good. And as I leave that department with my product- that department person ask if I found what I was looking for. This has been my experience at every visit. So either they’re all great fakers or they all enjoy what they do and they truly care that I get what I need. This reflects upon great store leadership because it is not always like this at every Home Depot, but it is in Mount Pleasant.

It was an awesome place to fill up your jugs. It's now Gone! Just a hole in the ground now! ..... Nice, so glad they are going to reopen. This makes me and my fellow brewers very happy. Their price for the RO water that is needed for us is much too expensive everywhere else. Which is why we were missing this watering hole so much! Thanks guys! Much love!
